Abstract: In this paper the design of a safety electrical break for any DC motor especially the motor used with the DC-DC converter circuit is presented. The effect of ON time upon maximum current of the DC-DC converter is illustrated. The current increases as the ton increases. The effect of injected voltage upon DC chopper performance is illustrated. The injection-protected voltage has a pronounced effect upon the chopper maximum current. It is reduce current through the chopper till it reaches the threshold current present through the power switch data sheet. The DC chopper under investigation has two modes of operation when the injection voltage equal to 12V. Inversely, at another level of the injected voltage the chopper has only one mode of operation .At this case the chopper operation works at the discontinuous mode only. As the current through the switch decreases to the previous value, the power switch will be turned OFF immediately. After that the next pulse must be generated for triggering the switch once again. The electrical break for the DC chopper motor is safe because the reverse current injected to the DC chopper circuit is decreased step by step and not rapidly. Hence, the breaking of the motor becomes very safe. The proposed work is verified on test cases and proven to be reliable. The compressive strength, consistency and setting time tests were conducted for the above replacements. Abstract: Nasal voice in any language, are the only class of sounds which dominant speech output is from nasal cavity as compared to the oral cavity [1]. In nasal sounds resonance occurs through the nose. So, n asals have some special features like presence of zeros in the spectrum, and concentration of energy at lower frequency level etc. In this paper we discuss on acoustic characteristics of Assamese nasal phonemes and their properties. The paper further discusses about the classification of acoustical behaviour between nasal and semi vowel sounds present in Assamese language. It is found from the experiment that Assamese nasal sounds have their spectral properties prominent at around the range of 2 to 4.5 kHz. From the proposed study it is reported that concentration of energy lies in the lower frequency region. Abstract: Cloud computing servers provides promising platform for storage of data. Sharing of personal medical records is an emerging patient centric model of health information exchange, which is often outsour ced to store at third party, such as cloud providers. The confidentiality of the medical records is major problem when patients use commercial cloud servers to store their medical records because it can be view by everyone, to assure the patients’ control over access to their own medical records; it is a promising method to encrypt the files before outsourcing and access control should be enforced though cryptography instead of role based access control. There are various other issues such as risks of privacy exposure, scalability in key management, flexible access and efficient user revocation, have remained the most important challenges toward achieving fine-grained, cryptographically enforced data access control. To achieve fine grained and scalable data access control for medical records stored in semi trusted servers, we leverage attribute based encryption (ABE) techniques to encrypt each patient’s medical record file. In this paper, we describe a new approach which enables secure storage and controlled sharing of patient’s health data. We explore key- policy attribute based encryption and multi-authority attribute based encryption to enforce patient access control policy such that everyone can download the data ,but only authorize user can view the medical records. This project also supports multiple owner scenarios and divides the users in the system into multiple security domains that greatly reduce the key management complexity for owners and users. A high degree of patient privacy is guaranteed by exploiting multi-authority ABE. In this paper we presents the detail design of modules and implementation Packages of the proposed framework. Abstract: Speech recognition or which is more commonly known as automatic speech recognition is the process of converting an acoustic waveform into the text form which is known to the user. So, ASR also sometim es can be defined as the speech to text conversion process [2]. Application of speech recognition system more commonly defined in terms of three tasks: signal modeling, network searching, and language understanding [8]. But this paper only concern with the ASR to understand the Assamese language only. Any how the main aim of ASR is to build an interface for computers which is truly useful for users. But, it still has several problems that prevent it from being used exclusively as a method of transcription. Some of problems of ASR are the accent problem of the user or it may be for the wrong pronunciation of the word. Some problems may be caused because of the homonyms. Homophones are the words that sound similar but have different orthography. In Assamese language there are number of words are acts like homophones. One of the basic speech recognition problems may also be caused due to quality of hardware being used.
