Abstract: The aim of the present investigation was to prepare tolbutamide transdermal patches by solvent casting technique using the HPMC and PVP polymer in different ratios. The systems were evaluated for var ious in- vitro parameters like (Thickness, Folding endurance, Moisture content, Moisture uptake, etc). In- vitro permeation studies were performed by using Franz diffusion cell. Variations in drug permeation profile were observed among various formulations. From all the formulations, formulation P4 was selected as the best formulation and formulation was stable for period of 90 days stability study. Abstract: Several chemical compounds were used as an alternative of natural sugar for diabetic patients such as sodium saccharin (NaSc). This compound has unknown side effects so far on human health especially on the blood components as oxidative or anti-oxidative reagents, so the study is very important in this field. In this study, it was used a high-precision sensor (glassy carbon electrode GCE modified with carbon nanotubes CNT) in detection of electrochemical properties for sodium saccharin compound in the blood medium by cyclic voltammetric technique. It was found that NaSc has oxidation-reduction current peaks in blood medium at 450 and -900 mV respectively; different concentration, scan rates and pH. Also, the study was included the determination each of current ratio (Ipa/Ipc), potential peak separation (?E) and diffusion coefficient (Df) value on the preparation nano-sensor. In application study of NaSc in blood medium, it was found the effect of each of vitamin E, ascorbic acid (AA) and folic acid (FA) on the redox current peaks of NaSc in the blood medium at different concentrations. Abstract: Hybridoma innovation is the strategy in which expansive amount of indistinguishable antibodies are delivered which are otherwise called monoclonal antibodies. It is finished by the organization of an tigen in mouse which creates a resistant reaction. The B-cells creating antibodies are then reaped from the infused mouse. The gathered B-cells are then melded with B malignancy cells which stay undying. This produces cross breed cell line called hybridoma which has the neutralizer creating capacity of the B-cell. The hybridomas can be developed in culture with one suitable cell which produces societies having hereditarily indistinguishable hybridomas. It produces monoclonal antibodies.
