Acute toxicity study shows no morality action up to 1000 mg/kg dose after 72 h observation. Hydro-alcoholic extract of B. aristata offered a concentration depending upon act of pentylenetetrazole-induced seizure (PTZ) and maximal electroshock induced seizure (MES).
